Thefts
- Vehicles, lawn equipment and the identities of several victims number among items recently stolen in Pearland.
- Police arrested two Houston women, ages 21 and 24, for allegedly stealing televisions Dec. 31 at a department store in the 1900 block of Main Street.
- A stolen identity was used to purchase two vehicles from an auto dealership between Oct. 23 and Dec. 31 in the 5700 blocks of Broadway Street.
- An 18-year-old Pearland man was arrested on a shoplifting charge on Jan. 1 in the 2500 block of Pearland Parkway.
- A vehicle was stolen between Dec. 31 and Jan. 2 in the 1100 block of Lochmoor Lane.
- A trailer was reported stolen Jan. 2 in the 12300 blocks of Broadway Street.
- Police arrested a Houston man, 61, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop Jan. 3 in the 2500 block of Business Center Drive. The vehicle had been reported stolen in Houston.
- The shoplifting occurred Jan. 3 in the 1900 block of Main Street, police said.
- Theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories was reported Jan. 4 in the 1000 block of Bristol Way.
- Package theft was reported Jan. 4 in the 11200 blocks of Edwards Avenue.
- Police filed a shoplifting report Jan. 4 in the 2800 block of Business Center Drive.
- The theft was reported Jan. 4 in the 1900 block of Plum Falls Lane.
- A bicycle was stolen Dec. 29 in the 2600 block of South Brompton Drive, according to a Jan. 5 police report.
- Police filed a theft report Jan. 5 in the 2700 block of Manvel Road.
- The theft was reported Jan. 5 in the 2500 block of Business Center Drive, police said.
- A vehicle was taken without consent Jan. 5 or Jan. 6 in the 2800 block of Foxden Drive, police said.
Burglary
- Several people are on the run after attempting to break into an ATM in southwest Houston overnight, police said. Officers on Thursday were at the bank on 6255 Bissonnet, near Hillcroft, where the thieves left a U-Haul truck at the scene, according to Metro Video. The thieves used the U-Haul by attaching a chain to both it and the ATM. The machine was destroyed. It’s unknown whether any money was taken.
- A home burglary occurred Dec. 31 in the 12300 blocks of Shadow Creek Parkway, police said.
- Two trimmers were stolen between Dec. 26 and 28 from a garage in the 13400 blocks of Vintage Trail Lane, according to a Dec. 31 police report.
- Police filed a home burglary report Jan. 1 in the 3300 blocks of Monarch Meadow Lane.
- A vehicle was burglarized Dec. 31, according to a police report filed Jan. 2 in the 2200 block of Main Street.
- A motor vehicle burglary was reported Jan. 2 in the 3400 blocks of Business Center Drive, police said.
- Police filed a report for burglary of a building Jan. 3 in the 5300 blocks of Broadway Street.
- Burglary of a building was reported Jan. 3 in the 3100 blocks of Cullen Parkway, police said.
- Police filed four vehicle burglary reports Jan. 3 in the 1700 block of Main Street.
- Unknown suspects forced entry into a building Jan. 6 in the 6700 blocks of Broadway Street, police said.
- Police filed a motor vehicle burglary report Jan. 6 in the 2800 block of Business Center Drive.
- A motor vehicle burglary was reported Jan. 6 in the 9100 blocks of Sunrise Trail, police said.
- A home burglary occurred between Dec. 19 and Jan. 6 in the 12300 blocks of Shadow Creek Parkway, police said.
- A motor vehicle burglary was reported Jan. 5 in the 11700 blocks of Shoal Landing Street, police said.
