A Transgender Teen Allegedly Assault Schoolmates

An allegedly bullied transgender teen was accused of attacking two high school classmates after allegedly beating the two students in the school hallway, leaving them hospitalized.

According to the police report, a cellphone video showed that the teen grabbing the female student’s hair and punching her in the face. Police said the video also shows the teen punching and kicking the male student while he was on the ground.

Both victims told police they couldn’t remember everything that happened to them because they lost consciousness. The female victim was taken to a hospital with a bloody nose and redness around her eyes, while the male victim’s mother took him to the hospital with blood coming out of the left side of his head.

As a defense, the transgender teen told police that before the altercation, the female victim posted a photo of her on Snapchat with a negative comment. The teen later told in a news channel network that the student took a photo of the teen while she was walking to the bus with the caption, “I’m questioning mankind.”

These types of cases could be best handled by an Assault lawyer and could possibly turn the luck on the teen’s side. However, failure to hire an experienced assault lawyer could bring unfortunate scenarios on the side of the defense.

Sexual Assault Could Lead To Consequence Like Life Imprisonment

A fired deputy constable was convicted of sexual assault to a pregnant mother during a traffic stop last year.

According to the authorities, the 31-year-old fired deputy constable faces a maximum of 20 years in prison. The constable, who had been recently free, was immediately taken into custody and held without bail.

Authorities also noted that the ex-deputy constable was accused of attacking a woman at a party. They tell that the ex-deputy constable used his power as an officer when he forced the woman to put her hands on the top of his car as he groped her and put his hands down her tights.

According to the report, the ex-deputy constable pulled the woman over in the 5800 blocks of Martin Luther King, while he was in his constable vehicle after 9 p.m. on April 24, 2017.

A man testified that he pulled the woman over and searched her. He said the two got into a conversation and he told her to move her car, first to a well-lit parking lot, then a dark and secluded gravel lot next to an abandoned fast food restaurant on MLK.

It was at the third stop that he “searched” her again and gave her his phone number to call him later.

The woman, on the other hand, testified that after she was released from the third traffic stop, she drove home and called the police to file a complaint against the ex-deputy constable.

On the witness stand, the man testified that at the third parking lot, he just talked to her through her window. In court, he acknowledged that he gave the woman his personal cell phone number on a page from his policeman’s notebook and told her to call him.

However, according to the ex-deputy’s defense, he argued that the investigation, which did not turn up any video or DNA, was not thorough enough to convict the ex-deputy constable.

Despite their explanation, the judge still disagreed, finding the former lawman guilty of the second-degree felony of sexual assault, a verdict that caps his possible punishment at 20 years in prison.
