A San Antonio man sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl multiple times before impregnating her, according to San Antonio police. The 32-year old man was arrested on suspicion of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
The child reported the man on Nov. 11, after her mother confronted her because the child’s mother was concerned that she may have been impregnated by the man.
The girl told investigators that the man is the uncle of a neighborhood friend and lives in the area, according to the affidavit.
He introduced himself to the girl before the school year started, she told investigators. He asked the girl if she had a boyfriend before asking her to smoke marijuana with him in his room, police said.
The girl agreed, according to the affidavit. After they smoked, the man allegedly sexually assaulted her the first time. He told her not to tell anyone what happened.
The sexual assault continued until October, according to the affidavit. The girl told investigators she continued seeing him because she was fearful of him.

In Woodland, a former gymnastics coach accused of sexually assaulting a fellow employee, who was under the age of 17, was indicted on three second-degree felony charges.
The 23-year old gymnastics coach was arrested in early June following allegations that he and another underage employee at a gym center had sex.
According to the facility owner, the gymnastics coach is no longer employed at the gym and has not been for months. That it only came to their attention back in early February, and they terminated him immediately upon finding the information out. They also said the gymnastics coach has not been an employee for a while.
The coach also said the alleged victim also is no longer employed with the gym facility.
Texas law states that a person must be 17 years of age or older to consent to sexual intercourse. Deputies did not reveal the age of the alleged victim.
A second-degree felony is punishable by two to 20 years in prison and a possible fine not to exceed $10,000.

The FBI is searching for an unknown man who may have critical information about the identity of a child victim in an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation.
The 37-year old man has been seen in a video with a child. Authorities believe the file was produced in April 2012 but have no information about a possible location. Audio from the animated film “The Land Before Time” can be heard in the video background.
The man is described as having brown hair and wearing dark-framed glasses. He has not been charged in this case and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
