The police arrested a woman after accusing her of falsifying a report that said a cop impersonator had done the sexual assault on her.
The 25-year old woman told police she was sexually assaulted last month by a Hispanic male wearing a tactical-style uniform and carrying a badge. According to her story, she was pulled over by a black SUV and asked by the suspect to enter the vehicle’s back seat where the sexual assault took place.
During the last several weeks, GPPD Detectives have exhausted extensive amounts of time and resources attempting to identify a suspect. Ultimately Detectives determined that the woman was untruthful about the offense and had fabricated evidence in an attempt to make it appear the offense had been committed.
She was arrested and charged with filing a false report to a police officer, a class B misdemeanor.

Four women have been violently sexually assaulted by the same suspect in less than 24 hours in Abilene, Texas, and police say it’s “all hands on deck” until the man is caught.
The first attack of sexual assault happened in broad daylight at about 12:50 p.m. Wednesday. A second sexual attack was reported there was a third attack at about 5 a.m. and a fourth at 8:35 a.m.
A possible fifth victim may have been able to evade the suspect before she was attacked.
Several victims said while the man didn’t say anything, something was “off.” Police believe he may be under the effects of a drug psychosis or have an intellectual disability.
All victims were either approaching or leaving their vehicles when the attacks occurred.
The suspect is described as a black man in his late 20s or early 30s, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with a medium build. He has a one-inch “afro” and slight facial hair. He possibly has acne pock marks under his eyes. In all attacks, he wore the same pants, with frayed cuffs at the bottom. He has worn several different shirts.
The attacks took place in downtown, central and south Abilene.
These types of cases could be best handled by a Sexual Assault lawyer and could possibly turn the luck on the teen’s side. However, failure to hire an experienced assault lawyer could bring unfortunate scenarios on the side of the defense.

A soccer star is being sued by a woman who said he raped her in the penthouse suite hotel in 2009 and then dispatched a team of “fixers” to obstruct the criminal investigation and trick her into keeping quiet for $375,000.
The suit says the woman asked police last month to reopen the criminal case; the police confirmed that they have reopened a sexual assault case from 2009 brought by the woman named in the lawsuit.
The lawsuit claims that the woman, who was then 24, went with a friend to the nightclub on the night of June 12, 2009, and met the athlete there. It says he invited a group of people up to his suite “to enjoy the view of the Las Vegas strip” and then into the hot tub; according to the suit, he then barged in on her as she was changing, exposed himself and asked her for oral sex.
When she refused, the lawsuit claims, he raped her.
The athlete did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. But after a report on the case, he says that it violates his personal rights in an exceptionally serious way.
According to the lawsuit, the woman named in the suit reported the attack to police the same day. The woman refused to tell police where the sexual assault took place or assist with identifying a suspect other than to say he was a European soccer player.
The lawsuit claims that the woman’s family arranged for a lawyer “who only had several years of legal experience.” Negotiations left her with “intrusive thoughts, an increased sense of extreme anxiety and fearfulness, complete helplessness and passivity,” according to the lawsuit
The lawsuit also accuses the athlete or those working for him of battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, coercion and fraud, abuse of a vulnerable person, racketeering and civil conspiracy, defamation, abuse of process, breach of contract, and negligence for allowing details of the confidential settlement to leak out.
It asks for general damages, special damages, punitive damages, and special relief, each in excess of $50,000, along with interest, attorney fees, and court costs.

Sexual Assault charges are definitely no joke. Even authorities, is accused of sexual assault, could be charged and sentenced depending on the degree of their deeds.

A security guard was doing his rounds around 11:30 p.m. when he discovered a woman on the ground near a dumpster.
